Blessings to all of you,

I'm so grateful for our fraternal brotherhood under God. I'm grateful for Montgomery Cornerstone Lodge and the history of dedicated, faithful, honorable, steadfast, enduring, moral, trustworthy good men, both present and past, of all colors, faiths, cultures and nations who have contributed to the strengths of it's character and to the preservation of its pillars.

We presently live in a time period filled with great turmoil, war and destruction in the world. The forces of evil reflected by the inhumane conditions of immorality, hatred, hunger, murder, genocide, greed and war seem to outweigh the higher value of life, love, peace and brotherhood.

It is important to express our gratitude even in times of darkness. When a man forgets his creator, he loses sight of his brothers in the world around him. Indeed, even the brothers within his own lodge. How can we love one another, if we don't first love our common father? How can we recognize one another if we don't recognize our common Father above.

The beauty of masonry is that we have a common light, a path and a refuge, where we are able to discover our common ties, values, interests, passions, struggles, fears and joys, with the peace, order and harmony. In masonry men who put their Trust in God can be with one another to help one another, to lift up one another, to comfort, to correct and most importantly to be with one another to the delight of our common Father who desires all his children to love one another, just as He first loved us.

Brothers don't let your unique and important spiritual shapes and customs be the reason for not joining us monthly for divine worship together. Rather, we all were given different gifts that we can all learn from and share with one another. Whether a mosque, a temple, a synagogue or a church, God does not discriminate. We are all His creation. He does not segregate. He does not have a preference. We come together to build a better understanding of each other, with the hope of better to understand and serve the will of God. What son or daughter deep down, does not at some point desire to live a life that is pleasing to their parent? Yet, we fail over and over again in life.
Aren't you grateful for His unending patience?

Brothers, Let's meet with one another, to show Him our gratitude.
